PRICING & SPECIFICATIONS
All published prices are in US funds, and do not include shipping, handling, or taxes. We will make every effort to maintain these prices and product descriptions as long as possible, but due to the volatility of the business world, PRICES AND SPECIFICATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE.

SALES TAX
New York State law requires that we collect sales tax unless we have a signed tax exemption form on file at the time of sale. Governments and their agencies are the only exceptions. If you need a form, just call our office.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED
Our growth and reputation depend on your satisfaction, and we work hard to earn it. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product you purchased from us, please call us within 30 days for return instructions.

SHIPPING
Unless you request otherwise, all orders up to 150 lb. will be shipped UPS. Larger orders sent by common carrier (truck) freight collect.  Sorry, no COD’s.

SHIPPING DAMAGE
Today’s shippers are excellent, but damages and losses do sometimes occur. Such problems are the sole responsibility of the carrier, but Cylinder Services will help you file a claim, and if you request, will send a replacement (which you must pay for). If possible, DO NOT ACCEPT DELIVERY! If delivery is accepted, note all damages on the freight bill. Save all packaging for inspection by the carrier.

WARRANTIES
Products sold by us are usually warranted by their manufacturer. Such warranty coverage must be approved only by them. If you believe a product you purchased from us may be defective, please call us for assistance. Remember, disassembling or attempting repairs voids warranties, and items which have been misused or misapplied (such as valves with split ports or cylinders with bent rods) are not covered.
Failure to pay within terms renders warranty null and void.

CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
In no case will Cylinder Services, Inc. be liable for any consequential or incidental damages, such as labor costs or lost profits, in connection with the use or inability to use products purchased from us. In no case will our liability amount to more than the purchase price.
